Company name, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, shipment type preferences, equipment types and quantities, and information about the logistics and transportation services you request or receive.

 

Device and internet activity information

Device type and model, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed on the Website, and time spent on those pages.

 

Communications

The content of any messages or comments you submit to us through Website forms, email, or phone, and records of shipment status communications we send to you.

 

Geolocation information

General location information (country, city, ZIP code) as inferred from your IP address.

We do not knowingly collect “sensitive personal information” as defined by California Civil Code § 1798.140(ae) or comparable state laws.

  • qualify carriers against our screening standards, including verifying MC numbers and DOT numbers through federal databases;
  • obtain and use motor vehicle records on individual drivers as permitted by 18 U.S.C. § 2721 for the purposes of carrier qualification and verification;
  • arrange, coordinate, track, and deliver freight shipments;
  • send shipment status updates and related communications to the email address or, where you have provided prior express consent, the mobile telephone number you provide;
  • quote freight rates and provide pricing information;
  • create, manage, and administer customer and carrier accounts;
  • operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Website;
  • prevent and detect fraud and comply with applicable law, including federal motor carrier regulations;
  • protect and enforce our legal rights; and
  • test, research, and develop services and Website improvements.

 

Unless you opt out of marketing communications, we may also use the contact information you provide to advise you of services, promotions, or updates that may be relevant to your business.   • Carriers and transportation partners, to arrange and execute shipments on your behalf. We share only the information necessary to complete the shipment.
  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including cloud-hosting providers, analytics providers, email delivery services, and IT support vendors. We share only what is necessary for them to perform their services, and we require them to protect the information appropriately.
  • Third parties as necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Website and to correct technical problems.

 

We may also disclose personal information:

 

  • to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responses to government or regulatory requests;
  • to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or other agreements;
